Bateman Engineering has been a leading supplier of processing facilities since uranium became a feed stock for power generation plants. From the first generation plants, based on CCIX through to the new generation pulsed-column SX plants and heap leaching of uranium, we have been at the forefront in delivering engineered systems and process plant designs for efficient and safe uranium extraction.
Major recent projects include:an Ion Exchange circuit at the 3,200 t/yr Trekkopje Project for Areva Resources Namibia, the 1,200 t/yr Uranium One Africa’s Dominion Reef’s Project, South Africa, a solvent extraction circuit at the 4,500 t/yr Olympic Dam Project, South Australia and a pressure leach circuit for UCIL, India.
